Cancelation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in.
If guests cancel, 7 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights.
If guests cancels within the 7 days before a check-in, you’ll not be eligible for a refund.
Is the property shared or private?
Guests have exclusive use of their unit.
The laundry room and backyard are shared spaces.

Check-in is 3:00pm EST.
Check-out is 11:00 EST.
